1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ResetQuest, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ResetQuest is a personal development and journaling application that provides AI-powered coaching, progress tracking, and self-improvement tools. The App is designed to support your personal growth journey.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Account
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and Payments
ResetQuest offers a Premium subscription with the following terms:
- Premium Monthly: Auto-renewing monthly subscription
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including journal entries and personal data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve our services.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Important: ResetQuest is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI coaching feature provides general guidance only and should not be considered professional counseling or therapy. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding mental health.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResetQuest and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
